Who we are ? Erdem Construction has embodied two consortiums. Nuh Group of Companies, that Mehmet Eskiyapan is still one of the founders, dates back to 1950s. Mehmet Eskiyapan who is one of the partners of Erdem Construction that was established in 1977 is also the founder of Sedo Office Equipment Industries and Trade Inc. Kocak Construction, established by Ahmet Kocak in 1992, has materialized many single and multiple projects in and around Turgutreis. It has constructed close to 300 residential units in and around Turgutreis between the years 1993 and 2002. Nuh Group of Companies has been pioneering in the sector responsibly, with its name identical to quality and trust as the representative of the young and dynamic second generation of the tradition since the year 1950. These friends, having combined their experiences, continued their enterprise and have proved to be successfull in all the projects rightfully and, as Erdem Construction, they have initiated and completed them with attention for the high quality, care for the environment and the considerations for the user-friendliness. Court Properties was established in 2005 as an affiliation to Erdem Construction to market and sell its projects.
